1.How do I order?
To order a product just click" Add to Cart" button, located under product's picture. Once you have chosen all the items you wish to purchase click "View Cart". This will then commence the check out and payment process. Just follow all the prompts which will collect information such as the shipping and payment details. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the check out process.

2.Are there any additional duties or taxes?
Our Price Includes Shipping and Insurance No Additional Fees !

3.Can I look at your products in any retail outlets?
We are an online only shop and as such we do not have any physical retail outlets. This means we can pass on savings to you - our valued customer. However, all our products can be viewed in this online shop with comprehensive details and descriptions.

4.Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?

5.Colours of products on this website?
The product colours on this site are representational only. Actual colours on finished products may vary from those displayed.

6. Do you have a secure server? Am I safe submitting my credit card information to you over the Internet?

7. How to track my shipment?

8. Do you have a catalog?
No. Our website is our catalog. Generally you can request a catalog from the footwear company you are interested in.

9. Is there a store in my area?
We are a retailer of the products we sell; therefore we do not have information about other retail store locations. You must contact the company directly to obtain this information.

10. Do you charge for shipping and sales tax?
No. There is never sales tax and all are shipped to you free of charge.

11. Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time we are not able to ship internationally, though we are currently researching this possibility,but mainly to USA,UK,Canada,Australia Marketing. Please check back in the future for this option.

12.What about delivery time?
For packages shipping,all orders may take a bout 1week delivery time to your door and also trackable online any time.

13.How do I track my order?
We will give you a track no. after you place the order. and you can find the shipping info in the express company's website in 24 hours later.

14. Where do I return my shoes?
Please contact us ,we will reply soonest into your email including return information.

15. How long will it take to process my return?
We process all returns in the order they are received, and we do process them as quickly as possible. On all returns and exchanges, processing may take up to 15days.

16. What if I have worn my shoes? Can I still return them?
No. We cannot take back worn shoes, as we will not be able to resell them. If worn shoes are sent back to us they will be shipped back to you at your expense. All shoes asking for return should be in new condition,including package.

17. I do not have a PayPal account?
You do not need one; you can pay by debit/credit card. You don't need to open a paypal account and you can pay by credit card.

18.My order still says processing after a few days
This is normal, once we receive a delivery date your account will be updated with this information so you know when your order will be delivered.

19.What if i am not available on my delivery date?
If you are not available to sign for your order then it will be returned to your local sorting office for an automatic delivery, or an arrangement made by yourself. A delivery card should have been left.

20.Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes, all orders require a signature.

21.How long is delivery?
Delivery usually takes about a week to ten days but customers usually receive their order in about a week.If your order exceeds this time then please contact us and we will chase things up for you.

22.What if my items are faulty?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know, we will endeavour to sort this out for you.

23.I want to make an order but i am outside the UK, is there a chance I may receive customs charges?
Yes, there is always this chance when you are ordering from outside the UK, please check with your postal service before placing an order as it is the buyers responsibility for any charges.

24.Are all your items in stock?
Yes, but occasionally the stock levels might reduce due to demand. If for any reason an Item is still displayed and you pay then we will contact you as quickly as possible and refund you.

25.Can I cancel my order?

Customer satisfaction is important to all of us. We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for you. However, we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped.

26.I made a mistake with my order and it’s status says Shipped, what should I do?

If the shoes have already left then we can not make changes to the order. Please wait until you receive your shoes, then e mail us at shoesbuynow@hotmail.com we will send your further instructions.

27.What happens if I don’t receive my order on time?

Don’t panic – contact our customer services team who will investigate why your order has not been delivered and do their best to resolve any problems for you.Contact us through shoesbuynow@hotmail.com

28.What should I do if the goods received are damaged?

All products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to its destination. In case of damage during shipment, please file your damage claims to the delivering carrier immediately, and notify us within 72 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise by you.
